Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Beach

Hello Krafty Friends. it's time for the latest challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. Jessie is our Krafty hostess this week and her challenge is all about THE BEACH! 

Grab your stamps (all are welcome) and create a NEW card, layout or altered item to match this week's theme. You can share it with us on Krafty Friends Facebook in our group (here) or link up over at the Kraftin' Kimmie blog. This week I inked up the adorable Lulu from TOTALLY TUBULAR. keeping things simple. The beautiful paper is from the Fancy pants Making Waves 6x6 pad, which is currently in the shop.

On the inside of the card I added a sentiment from the SWEET SUMMER SENTIMENTS set from the recent July release.

Kraftin' Kimmie # 245 - Ships Ahoy/Water

Happy Saturday everyone. For some of us this is a long weekend so I know that means extra KRAFTY time for me!

Today on the Kraftin' Kimmie challenge blog we are having another fun challenge. This week Krafty Girl Becky is our host and her theme for this week is SHIPS AHOY/WATER!

Since I am in denial about this being the end of summer, I decided to go totally beachy with my card using the sweet Lulu from Totally Tubular. This set is currently on sale in the shop. Lulu is my absolute fav!

I had a lot of fun creating a fun beach scene using kraft card stock. I was able to use my Cricut (Simply Charmed) for the beach ball and bucket. The towel is coloured burlap rolled up (glued to keep it closed) and tied with a bow.

Inside the card I added the image of Lucas with one of this sets fun sentiments.
