Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Make a Wish (For the Boys Challenge)

Hello Krafty friends and welcome to another fun Saturday challenge for Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. This week our challenge theme is all about creating something for the BOYS/MEN!

Grab your stamps (all are welcome) and create a NEW card, layout or other paper craft item that matches this week's theme. You can share it with us on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps blog or over in the Krafty Friends Facebook group. You have all week to play along with this week's challenge and there is a chance to WIN a Krafty gift card to buy some goodies in the KKS Shop.

This week I went clean and simple (CAS) for my manly make using the MAKE A WISH sentiment set. The paper is Echo Park Jack and Jill.

The sentiment was heat embossed with Brown (chestnut) Zing embossing powder

Inside of the card, I included another sentiment from the MAKE A WISH set.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Wonderful Wednesday (Ice Ice Baby)

Hello everyone. Welcome to another fun WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

The weekly Wonderful Wednesday challenges are ANYTHING GOES. We want everyone to play along so all stamps are welcome, however since we do love when you use a KKS (there is a little extra chance to win). Create a NEW card, layout, or altered item and share with us over at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps blog or in our Facebook group (here).

There is a Wonderful Wednesday challenge each week (except release week). At the end of each month a random participant will be selected and win a prize. You could win Krafty $ to the KKS store!

On Monday I celebrated my daughter's birthday. As a winter girl, I made her a card using the darling bunny from Ice Ice Baby and the fabulous paper from Doodlebug Frosty Friends.

My daughter has a stuffed bunny that she's had since she was a baby. To this day it's her favourite, must have, comfort item. She was super excited to see this little bunny on her Brrr-thday card!

Inside the card I used a birthday sentiment from the Make a Wish set.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge: Happy Birthday!

Hello Krafty Friends. it's time for the latest challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. This week I am so excited to be your Krafty hostess and my challenge is HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I selected to host this challenge and made it a birthday challenge for a reason. Yep this weekend I am celebrating my birthday, so why not celebrate and make a birthday card!

This week I had fun creating a birthday card using Oh SNAP! The beautiful paper is from the Simple Stories Summer Vibes 6x6 pad, which is currently in the shop.

On the inside of the card I added one of the birthday sentiments from MAKE A WISH.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps December Release Hop

 
Welcome back for our Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps December Release BLOG HOP!

Join the Krafty Girls and Guests as we offer up some FABULOUS inspiration. This week Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps has been previewing this months release, which includes sentiments, some rockin' girls and our sweet kids with some wild friends.

We started the previews with our AMAZING new sentiments designed by our very own Krafty Girl Becky Pearce. The set is called MAKE A WISH!

Next we had some Rockin' new Moonlight Whisper sets from Annie Rodrigue and they are the sassy ROCK STAR and the cool ROCKER CHICK!

Finally we had the sweet Lexi, Lucas and Lulu set SAFARI FUN by Cheryl Grant.

Today I am using Lucas from SAFARI FUN. I created this card using fabulous paper from Bella BLVD called Tiny Tots. I love the vibrant colours for this stamp set. I decided to go with a distressed look and embellished the card with a few tags I made from scrap paper, buttons, wooden camera and compass and a bit of film negative (Tim Holtz).

The inside sentiment is from the MAKE A WISH sentiment set.

Kraftin Kimmie Stamps December Peek - Make a Wish

Hello KRAFTY friends, welcome. Today we are set to KICK OFF another amazing release for Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. That's right, today is day ONE of our previews and we are starting off this peek with a BANG!

In addition to show off this wonderful preview set, Kimmie is announcing the addition of a NEW artist. Now this talented girl is no stranger to the Kraftin' Kimmie family, as she is actually one of the talented Krafty Girls. I am happy to show off my project featuring a fabulous new sentiment from the MAKE A WISH set by the amazing Becky Pearce.

I love these sentiments for a lot of reasons. They are great as a stand alone on the front of your card, work well coordinating with a fun Kraftin' Kimmie stamp and they work great as your inside sentiment to finish your card.

I was so excited to work with this set and took a break with colouring images and created a card using the sentiment only. I heat embossed the sentiment with brown embossing powder (American Crafts Zing) and used paper from Cosmo Cricket (Art Angel). The flowers are all a mix from various companies.

Inside the card I added a second sentiment from this set. Now I am all ready with a simple birthday card.
