Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp Preview: Day One - Elisha the Mage!

Hello Krafty Friends! Today we are kicking off with an amazing stamp release for KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS. This is DAY ONE of the March release and we are showing off some new magical and fabulous MOONLIGHT WHISPERS stamps created by Annie Rodrigue

I am exceptionally excited to share today's stamps. Not only are these stamps amazing, fun and strong female character. They are also named after my two sweet, creative and pretty fabulous daughters. Say hello to the magical ELISHA THE MAGE and fierce KIERSTEN THE KNIGHT!

My project today is featuring ELISHA THE MAGE! My Kiersten project you will see on Sunday for the March Release blog hop!

I altered a dollar store clipboard for my daughter Elisha for her to hang in her bedroom.

Here is a closer look at ELISHA THE MAGE, coloured with Copic markers.

Behind the image is a wood die cut piece (Michaels) which I painted with Tim Holtz Tarnished Brass distress paint. I added a pocket to the front for my daughter to keep notes or add a small pad of paper. The little heart vile was a great find (Michaels). I filled it with glitters and used Glossy Accents to glue the stop in place. Fingers are crossed that this holds tight!

The top of the clipboard was painted with Walnut Stain Distress Paint. I added wooden letters for her name also painted with the tarnish brass paint. I cut down some cork for her to add notes and embellished with more flowers, twine and charms.

The bottom part of the altered clipboard is a large pocket. This took a bit of trial and error to figure out, but I think my accordion fold on the pocket will work well.

Thanks for stopping by. Now it's time for you to hop along and check out all of the MAGICAL projects from the other Krafty Girls and our amazing Guests. Make sure that you leave a comment on each of the blogs as you hop. There will be one lucky winner drawn at random to WIN some KRAFTY $ to spend in the KKS store. Hop, comment and you may WIN!

All of the March release stamps will be available on Sunday after the release party!

Facebook Release Party

Join Kimmie, the Krafty Girls, Guests and our Krafty friends as we party and celebrate the March release. The party will be on the Facebook events page (here) on Sunday March 15 at 11:00 am(EST).
