Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Holiday Scrappy Challenge!

Hello Krafty Friends!

I am excited to share a fun project for our new KRAFTY SCRAPPIN' challenges at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

These challenges are a lot of fun and give you the chance to use your stamps in different ways. Your creations can be ANYTHING you would like to create but NOT a card! That leaves a lot of room for creativity, including calendar, planner pages, bookmarks, pocket pages and traditional scrapbook pages. You MUST use a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp for this challenge! You have all month to play along, so grab some stamps, pictures and let's get KRAFTY!

This month our challenge theme is HOLIDAYS!

I love traditional scrapbooking. My husband is our family photographer and I always find he takes so many amazing pictures, that I can never decide which ones to use. To avoid getting too many pages for my layouts, I like to combine my traditional scrapbook page, along with a pocket page or two.

I created this layout a while back, however I am not sure I ever shared it on my blog. For this challenge, I added a pocket page for my 4x6 photos and created a few journaling cards.

I loved the Simple Stories December Documented Collection. I tried to made my 12x12 page look a little like my baking area after I have been busy.

I created two journal cards for my page and used one of the lovely 4x6 cards that are part of the December Documented collection.

The first journaling card includes a sentiment from the September release Magic of Christmas sentiment set. I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.

For my second journaling card, I used the Made By Elves set, colouring up the sweet baker elf. I included on this journal card one of my favourite treats which I make for my family every year.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you take a little time over the next month to join our HOLIDAY themed SCRAPPY challenge.

Here is a little reminder about KRAFTY SCRAPPIN' challenges:

1. Create any scrap page, project life layout or pocket page cards, altered item etc. Just NOT a CARD!
2. MUST use a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp to be entered into the drawing.
3. You have a month to play. Enter as many times as you like.
4. Prizes!!!! Once we have reached 5 entries, we will draw a random winner.
5. You have until Monday October 19th @ 9:00 EST to enter.
6. Share your Krafty creations in our Krafty Friends Facebook group.

Have a fabulous and SCRAPPY day!

Welcome to the KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS September release blog hop. Let's get comfy, grab your favourite drink and enjoy the hop.

I always enjoy that magical time of the month where we Krafty Girls get to show you the amazing new stamps. These stamps are always fun and exciting to work with, however this month was even more amazing as the stamps are now CLEAR! This is very exciting. I do love the rubber stamps, however these new CLEAR stamps have me giddy with excitement!

Today on the hop you will see amazing Krafty Creations featuring all of the stamps from this month's release. We started off the previews with the fabulous new sentiment set by Krafty Girl and Artist Becky Pearce called the MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS.

Our next set was from the fabulous Cheryl Grant featuring those sweet kids Lexi, Lulu and Lucas along with a couple of their furry friends. This cute set is called ANGEL VOICES.

Then we shared a darling set of elves from the amazing Emilie Goulet called MADE BY ELVES.

Finally we shared 3 beautiful sets from the super talented Annie Rodrigue, called FROSTY FRIENDS, HOLIDAY STYLE and HOLLY JOLLY.

I just adore the fun elves in the MADE BY ELVES set. For my hop card, I inked up the fun baker elf. I used paper from American Crafts called Holiday and embellished with a few Dress it up buttons (cookie cutter) and Doodlebug Sprinkles.

Here is a look at the inside of the card.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Preview: Day One - Summer Sentiments!

Hello Krafty friends and welcome to our first day of previews for the JULY release at KRAFTIN' KIMMIE STAMPS. Today we are sharing a beautiful summer sentiment set from Krafty Girl and artist Becky Pearce.

Today's sentiment set is called SWEET SUMMER SENTIMENTS. The set includes nine larger sized summer sentiments and three coordinating accessory images.

Little Red Wagon # 294 Stitching

Hello crafty friends. Welcome back to today's Little Red Wagon challenge. Jan is our fabulous hostess for the week and she would like to see some STITCHING.

Now I know Jan, wasn't trying to torture me with this week's challenge. I believe I have been very clear that I can NOT sew to save my life! So instead of trying to work any type of real stitching on my card, I went with the safe and easy route and grabs some stitching dies. This type of die has been a go to for me on a number of my cards. These rectangle ones are from Your Next Stamp.

I went clean and simple (CAS) with my card for this week. I grabbed this sweet FAR OUT stamp from My Favorite Things that I haven't inked up for such a long time.

The paper is My Girl from My Minds Eye was perfect for that retro vibe. I embellished with a few Gumdrops (enamel dots) from Your Next Stamp.

Here is a peek at the inside of the card.

Thanks for stopping by today. I really hope that you have time to play along with our fun STITCHING challenge. Link up your projects over at the Little Red Wagon blog. If you are looking for some inspiration, please check our my fab GIRLFRIENDS creations this week.

Have a fabulous and crafty day friends!
