Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps August Release Blog Hop

I have been having a great time as a Krafty Guest this month. I really hope that you have been enjoying all of the projects for the August release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. I think I am officially excited for Halloween and I may just get a bit of a head start on some cards, decorations and treat containers.

Today we are back with a Kraft Blog Hop to celebrate this amazing new release. Join the Krafty Girls and Guests as we share and hopefully inspire you with these amazing NEW stamps. This week we have previewed a lot of SPOOKTACULAR stamps from all of the talents artists. There is an adorable new fall kids set from Cheryl called HEY THERE, PUNKIN'! There's a new set of fabulous trick or treaters from Thais called CANDY CORN KISSES! And of course, there are TWO new WICKED stamp sets from Annie called....DRAGON QUEEN and VAMPIRE QUEEN!

I am excited to share my card with you for today's release BLOG HOP. I love the CANDY CORN KISSES stamp set and created a card with the BOO-tiful Frankenstein's Bride! I wanted to show Halloween is not only about the orange and black and decided to make PINK the new orange for the upcoming fall season! The paper if from a fabulous Carta Bella set called Paris Girl.

My lil' trick or treater is heading out for her candy in style. The image is coloured with Copic markers and I gave her green boots a bit of flair by adding micro fine glitter from Glitter Ritz. To add a bit of ambiance I die cut the chandelier (Cricut Pretty Pennants) out of black card stock then painted it with Tim Holtz distress paint (brushed pewter). The die cut around the image is also a Cricut cut (Elegant Edges). Of course it wouldn't be complete without a few lovely flowers (Recollections) and the cheesecloth. Who knew a simple kitchen item could work so well on a card.

Of course I have also decorated the inside of my card adding a couple of the sentiments from the Candy Corn Kisses set, paper pennants and my first chandelier (which was a bit too big for the front of the card).

Now it's time to continue hoppin' along and checking out the other FANG-TASTIC creations by the rest of the BOO-tiful Krafty Girls and Guests. Remember to leave a comment on each of the blogs on this hop because some lucky stamper will win a $25 gift card!!!

After you are done the HOPPIN' then head over to the Kraftin' Kimmie Shop where you can do a bit of SHOPPIN'. All of the new images are now available! If you just have to have all of the stamps from this new release (you know you want 'em) check out the Gimmie Kimmie Kits which feature all of the new August stamps at a discount price! These kits are limited time only.

Have a super sweet Sunday and happy hopping' (and shoppin').

Tracy
